Nylahflights Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for using our flight search platform, comparison tools and travel resources.
1. Who we are
Nylahflights Limited operates nylahflights.com and related sites, tools and mobile experiences. We provide a travel search and comparison platform for flights, stays and related travel products.
2. What we do
We aggregate offers from airlines, online travel agencies, hotels and other providers. Visitors search, filter and compare options. When an offer is selected, bookings and payments occur on the partner website or app.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell tickets, hotel nights, insurance or other travel products. We are not your booking agent, broker or insurer. We do not recommend one partner over another; results reflect partner data and your filters. Partner logos and trademarks are for identification only.
4. Using our Services
Use is personal and non-commercial unless covered by a written affiliate agreement. Users must be able to form a binding contract, comply with law, provide accurate information and keep devices and accounts secure.
5. Prices, availability and accuracy
Prices, taxes, fees, baggage rules and availability can change between search results and checkout. The partner checkout is authoritative for final prices, fare rules, taxes, fees, seats, baggage and conditions of carriage.
6. Partner terms apply
When you leave our site to book, you contract with the partner, not Nylahflights. The partner handles cancellations, changes, refunds and customer service under its policies.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the services unlawfully, scrape or harvest data outside permitted interfaces, bypass security or rate limits, access non-public areas, misrepresent identity, publish false or infringing material, or send abusive automated requests. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.
8. Intellectual property
Text, interfaces, graphics, logos and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works without written permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy and cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for functionality, analytics and personalization as described in our policies.
10. Disclaimers
The services are provided as is and as available. Uninterrupted or error-free operation and persistence of prices or availability until partner checkout are not guaranteed. Travel is subject to third-party rules, government requirements and events outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nylahflights and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill or opportunities. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid to us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold Nylahflights harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from misuse, breach of terms or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Changes
We may update services and terms. The effective date changes when updates are posted. Continued use signifies acceptance of revised terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice, including suspected violations. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Jamaican law, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts in Kingston, Jamaica.
